Classes

We offer workshops and classes for people who want to fall, programs for people who want to practice Aikido, and individual classes for people who just want to be a bit more coordinated in their daily life. Each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Workshop registrants have a reserved spot. All drop-in classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 15 minutes early to sign-in.

Do you ever wish you had another way to deal with stress? Come join us and discover the power of this Japanese mind-body movement system to help you detox from life's conflicts and supercharge your inner strength. This Group-X styled class will challenge your mind-body coordination through a combination of solo, paired and group exercises, based on martial arts movement. Come for a fun mind-body class that will focus your mind and leave you feeling centered and refreshed.

Class series

  • This series teaches mind-body coordination with an eye towards fall prevention and fall safety. Participants can register for this class at any time and work in at their level of performance.

 

Class series

A more formal approach to learning Ki Aikido. Open to anyone, regardless of experience. This training incorporates elements of all of our workshops, and works towards rank progression.
