Classes

We offer workshops and classes for people who want to fall, programs for people who want to practice Aikido, and individual classes for people who just want to be a bit more coordinated in their daily life. Each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Workshop registrants have a reserved spot. All drop-in classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 15 minutes early to sign-in.
